License Agreement

Effective Date: July 31, 2026

Please read this License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using MC VoxMate ("the App") provided by MC Intelligence Co., Ltd. ("Company"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on your personal mobile device(s) solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or sell copies of the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent any licensing or access control mechanisms
  • Use AI features (including AI Companion, Live Game Coach, AI Interpreter, and AI Note features) to generate, request, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others
  • Use screen-sharing or camera-based AI features to capture other people's private or confidential information without their consent
  • Attempt to extract, misuse, or overload the underlying AI models or services

3. Coins & In-App Purchases

The App may offer virtual currency ("Coins") for purchase via Google Play. Coins have no monetary value, are non-refundable except as required by law, and cannot be transferred between accounts. The Company reserves the right to modify Coin pricing and features at any time.

Coins are consumed on a usage basis to access certain AI and premium features. The number of Coins consumed depends on the feature you use and how long you use it, and is shown in the App.

A Coin purchase and a Premium Membership are separate. An active Premium Membership is required to access premium and AI features; Coins are then consumed as you use those features. Purchasing Coins alone does not grant Premium access, and a Premium Membership alone does not include Coins.

Coins you have purchased do not expire and remain in your account. If your Premium Membership ends, any unused Coins remain in your account; however, an active Membership is required to spend them on premium features again.

Certain Coin packs may become available only after you meet in-app conditions (for example, after a period of active use). The availability of specific Coin packs is offered at the Company's discretion and may change at any time.

4. User Key (Cloud Mode)

If you choose to use Your Key (Cloud Mode) by providing your own API key, you accept full responsibility for that key's usage and any associated costs charged by your provider. The Company is not liable for any charges, data exposure, or issues arising from your use of a third-party API.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Ad content is determined by the ad provider, not by the Company. Premium members may access an ad-free experience.

6. Premium Membership

The App may offer premium membership or subscription plans that provide additional features or benefits. Membership is purchased through Google Play and is subject to Google Play's subscription terms. The Company reserves the right to modify membership features and pricing with reasonable notice.

Premium Membership is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and your Google Play payment method is charged the then-current price.

A free trial may be offered to new subscribers. The length and terms of any free trial are shown in the App and on Google Play at the time you subscribe. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. If you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of your current paid period; access is not terminated immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App — including but not limited to source code, design, graphics, and trademarks — are owned exclusively by MC Intelligence Co., Ltd. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

AI-Generated Content. Translations, transcriptions, summaries, and answers produced by the App's AI features are generated automatically by machine-learning models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies ("hallucinations"). They are provided for convenience only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You are responsible for verifying any AI output before relying on it, and the Company shall not be liable for decisions made or actions taken based on AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or service interruption.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession.

11. Google Play Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In case of conflict between this Agreement and Google Play's terms regarding refunds or purchases, Google Play's terms shall prevail.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
