Delete Your Account & Data

Overview

This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for HORA · AI Astrologer, developed by MC Intelligence Co., Ltd. You can request deletion at any time, either from within the App or by contacting us.

Good to know. Most of your personal content — the profiles, birth details, photographs, and chat messages you create — is stored on your device, not on our servers. Our servers keep only a minimal account record (a sign-in identifier and your coins, membership, and purchase history).

Option 1 — Delete from within the App

Open Settings

Open HORA and go to Settings.

Choose "Delete Account"

Select Delete Account and confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Confirm your identity

If you signed in with Google, you may be asked to re-authenticate so we can verify the request is really you.

Deletion is scheduled

Your server-side account record is scheduled for deletion. On-device data is removed from your device (see below).

Option 2 — Request by Email

If you cannot access the App, email us at support@mc-intelligence.com from the email address associated with your Google sign-in, with the subject line "HORA — Delete My Account". We may ask you to verify your identity before we process the request, to protect your account from unauthorized deletion. We will action verified requests within 30 days.

Removing On-Device Data

Because your profiles, birth details, photographs, and chat history are stored on your device, you can remove them directly at any time:

  • Delete individual profiles inside the App; or
  • Clear the App's storage: Android Settings → Apps → HORA · AI Astrologer → Storage → Clear Data; or
  • Uninstall the App, which removes its on-device data.

What Gets Deleted

When your account deletion is processed, we delete the account record we hold, which includes:

  • Your sign-in identifier and any linked email;
  • Your coin balance (purchased coins, gift coins, and event coins) and membership status;
  • Records of redeemed promotional codes tied to your account.

Note. Deleting your account forfeits any remaining coins and any active membership benefits. Virtual items have no cash value and are not refundable on deletion.

What We Must Retain

For legal and accounting reasons, we are required to retain certain transaction and purchase records (such as records of in-app purchases) for the period required by Thai law — generally five (5) years under the Thai Revenue Code and the Accounting Act B.E. 2543 (2000). These records are retained in a limited form for compliance, are not used to profile you, and are deleted once the retention period expires. Payment processing itself is handled by Google Play, subject to Google's own policies.
