1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how MC Intelligence Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Cutii Boom! ("the Game"), a casual block-puzzle game. By playing the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Cutii Boom! is a single-player puzzle game. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other information that directly identifies you.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Information You Provide

The Game does not require you to sign in or submit any personal information to play. We only receive information you voluntarily send us — for example, if you email us a support request or submit feedback through our website contact form.

2b. Automatically Collected Information

To serve advertisements, the following may be collected by Google AdMob:

  • Advertising ID (a resettable device identifier used for advertising)
  • Device information (model, operating system version, screen resolution, language)
  • General location (country/region derived from IP address — not precise GPS location)
  • Diagnostic information related to ad delivery (for example, whether an ad loaded or was viewed to completion)

We do not use any separate analytics or crash-reporting service in the Game, and this data is not linked to your real-world identity.

2c. Internet Connection

Cutii Boom! requires an active internet connection to load advertisements. The Game does not request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, photos, or precise location.

3. Advertising

The Game shows advertisements through Google AdMob. Ads in Cutii Boom! are rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game reward — we do not show ads that interrupt your gameplay automatically. To serve and, where permitted, personalise these ads, AdMob may collect:

  • Advertising ID (resettable device identifier)
  • Device information (model, OS version)
  • General location (IP-based, not precise GPS)
  • Data about your interactions with ads

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings under Settings → Google → Ads. AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Consent for Users in the EEA, UK & Switzerland

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the Game uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to show a consent request before ads are personalised. You may consent to, or decline, personalised advertising. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalised. You can change your choice at any time from the Game's settings or your device's Google Ads settings.

5. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Display and, where permitted, personalise advertisements
  • Monitor ad delivery and diagnose ad-related issues
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations

6. Data Storage & Security

Your game progress — such as levels completed, high scores, and settings — is stored locally on your device. We do not upload your game progress to our servers, and we do not maintain a user account for you. We rely on Google Play and Google AdMob to apply industry-standard security to the limited data they process on our behalf.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Because your progress is stored on your device, you have full control over it:

  • All game data — You can clear it via Android Settings → Apps → Cutii Boom! → Clear Data, or by uninstalling the Game.
  • Advertising ID — You can reset it at any time in your device's Google Ads settings.

Anonymised ad diagnostics held by our advertising provider are retained according to its standard retention period and then deleted.

The Game is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Restrict or object to certain processing
  • Withdraw consent at any time
